Pastor sells Jackson 3BD

Larre Kostenko and his wife, Connie, sold a three-bedroom, 2.5 bath home at 16887 Aubrey Lane in Jackson for $512,000 to the Blanc Trust on Aug. 15.

The Kostenkos paid $60,000 for the property in June 2001. The 2,344-square-foot house was built in 2002.

Mr. Kostenko serves as district pastor for the Seventh-day Adventists' churches in Oroville and Golden Feather.

He previously served the same role for Sutter Hill/San Andreas district.
