Barbara Wales bought a 1,496 square foot home at 9380 Raquepaw Lane in Jackson for $275,000 from Washington Mutual Bank on April 25.

Allen Truman paid $178,000 for the property in Aug. 1999. Washington Mutual acquired the property in February of this year.
