Joshua Varni bought a three-bedroom, two bath at 6485 Garner Place in Valley Springs for $205,000 from Deutsche Bank National Trust on Jan. 14.

Deutsche Bank paid $243,000 for the 1,360 square foot home in Aug. 2007.
