Patricia Lendahl bought a two-bedroom, two bath in Ione at 905 Fairway Dr. for $330,000 from Meridene Jorgensen on Feb. 22.

Jorgensen paid $210,500 for the property in Nov. 2000.

Tom and Lori Bullock with Castle Oaks Real Estate listed the 1,750 square foot home.
