Clyde Vincent bought a five-bedroom, three bath in Sutter Creek at 13601 Ridge Court for $419,000 from the Bank of New York on Feb. 7.

Bank of New York acquired the property for $534,967 on Oct. 3, 2007.

The 3,200 square foot home was listed for $419,900.
